Synopsis: Change the availability of Greek peltasts for consistency

with other lists.

Proposal:

Replace:

"Greek mercenary peltasts - Reg Ax (O) @ 4AP 0-3"

with

"Only 420-400 BC:

Greek mercenary peltasts - Reg Ps (S) @ 3AP 0-3

Only after 400 BC:

Greek mercenary peltasts - Reg Ax (O) @ 4AP 0-3"

Justification: This proposal is purely for consistency with the

current presentation of peltasts in the Later Hoplite Greek list

(II/5). See also the suggested change to the Lykian list (I/62).

Under DBMM, the peltasts should be Reg Ps(S) at all dates.
