Lykian (I/62) - Greek peltasts

Synopsis: Change the availability of Greek peltasts for consistency with other lists.

Proposal:

Replace:

"Mercenary peltasts - Reg Ax (O) @ 4AP 0-2" with

"Only 450-400 BC:

Mercenary peltasts - Reg Ps (S) @ 3AP 0-2

Only after 400 BC:

Mercenary peltasts - Reg Ax (O) @ 4AP 0-2"

Justification: This proposal is purely for consistency with the

current presentation of peltasts in the Later Hoplite Greek list

(II/5). The inconsistency was originally pointed out by Bernd

Lehnhoff in email shortly after the revised Book 1 was published.

Under DBMM, the peltasts should be Reg Ps(S) at all dates.
