Proposal:

Change Spanish brigantines from Gal (F) to Bts (S).

Justification:

As pointed out on dbmmlist by Bill "turenne", Appendix III to the DBMM rules suggests that the WW in List IV/63 Aztec becomes S (Sea) or L (Lake). Presumably lake Texcoco is the L; however, the Spanish brigantines allied to the Tlaxcalans in list IV/19, which fought on Lake Texcoco, are classed as Gal(F); and only Boats are permitted on Lakes.

If someone (such as this posting) reminds Phil at the right time, he suggests that they can instead be Bts (S). They were sailed and rowed and were transported across land, and did not have a ram.
